Hetken rauha means freely translated ”a moment of peace”. I am Aino Yrjänä and I am eager to create little moments of peace for you as a registered massage therapist (2023) and Scaravelli inspired yoga instructor (2018). I am also a Terhen community trained sauna bather.

Massage treatments
Welcome to the grounding Hetken rauha treatments! I combine classic Swedish massage techniques and gentle presence. Also hot stones and/or essential oils or dry cupping therapy can be added to the treatments if wished. At the beginning of the treatment, I’ll interview you and hear your wishes and needs. Based on our conversation I suggest you the massage treatment plan. Therefore every treatment is always individual.
The lovely space of Hetken rauha is located in Töölö near Kamppi center at Ilmarinkatu 14, business space 1. The space does not have a waiting room, so please come only when you have booked an appointment, thank you.

Valvira registered massage therapist
I am a Valvira registered massage therapist. This means that I am writing patient logs and I am obligated to follow the trained methods of registered massage therapist (incl. interview, making findings / possible muscle and joint tests, agreeing a treatment plan and end discussion with the customer). Therefore my massage service VAT is 0% based on article 3 of value added tax law.
